Orla Kiely was once described by the Guardian as ”the Queen of Prints” Her designs have featured in all sorts of products from kitchenware to stationery, furniture, wallpaper and even a Citroen car.  Orla is a graduate of Dublin’s National College of Art and, since then has been a visiting lecturer at the RCA and Chelsea College of Art, judged for the UK Graduate Fashion Week Industry and Media Awards and been awarded with the Irish Tatler Woman of the Year for design, two UK Fashion Export Awards and the UK Fashion Exports Gold Award. Most recently she was given the prestigious title of Visiting Professor of Textiles at the RCA.
